Shipping+ Refund & Returns Policies


Once your order has left our shop we will notify you via email. When your order has been dispatched you will get a separate email with your tracking number. Your package will come with compulsory tracking. 


Domestic (within Australia)

  •   Queensland orders: 2-5 business days is expected for populated regions and 3-6 business days for rural areas.
  • Interstate orders (Outside Queensland): Please allow 4- 7 business days. 

International (Outside of Australia) 

  • For Europe, USA, Asia, UK and Canada : Please allow 10-30 business days.
  • Please allow up to 4 days for packaging and handling of your items, you will receive an email once your package has been shipped.



If you have any concerns with your order please email and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.


Returns are only applicable if

  1. ​Your purchased item has a notable manufacturing fault.
  2. The product has not been altered, used or misused.
  3. The product is incorrect to your placed order.


Refunds and replacement items will not be given for stolen items. Please ensure your preferred area of postal drop off is safe and secured to prevent theft as postal services nor Kawaii Garage are liable for stolen items.

Refunds or product replacements will not be given for misused products or change of mind.


Please email us at to discuss your options. You will be required to post your received item back to us and a refund will be given once the item has arrived to us safely and without damages. Return post is at your expense.

You will not receive a refund if the item arrives to us damaged, so please take great care in securing the item so it makes it safely back to us. 

Refunds will not be given if you drop, break or damage your product, so please take great care in looking after your products.
