SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, we will begin packaging your order as soon as possible. Please allow a few day for preparation of your package for shipping. If you have ordered a pre-ordered (made to order) item, you may need to wait UP TO a few weeks for your order to be packaged, as we may be waiting on your item to be made. You can find these details in your item description of whether your order is a pre-ordered item, or an in stock item. Once your order has been packaged and dropped to a post office, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All postage is through Australia Post. (If you have selected envelope postage - no tracking, orders will not receive tracking)

this link will take you to the Australia Post website where you can paste your tracking number to track your item.
SHIPPING WINDOWS
Domestic (within Australia)
- Queensland orders: 2-5 business days is expected for populated regions and 3-6 business days for rural areas.
- Interstate orders (Outside Queensland): Please allow 4- 7 business days.
International (Outside of Australia)
- For Europe, USA, Asia, UK, Canada & Other International Outside Australia : Please allow up to 14 days (2 weeks) for your order to arrive.
Please note; these timeframes are estimates only, and refer to the average time our packages take to arrive to our customers. As much as we would love your packages to arrive in swift time, postage timeframes are unfortunately out of our control but are on average within the timeframes listed above.

RETURNS & REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Are only applicable if;
- Your purchased item has a notable manufacturing fault.
- The product has not been altered, used or misused.
- If returning or exchanging, the item must arrive back to us undamaged.
- If you are not requesting a refund or exchange for a stolen item.
- The product is incorrect to your placed order.
- You are able to show proof of your order made through us ie; can provide us with your order number.
- Must be within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please email us at kawaiigarage@outlook.com to discuss your options. If you have requested a return and refund, you will be required to post your received item back to us ( Please email us for our return address). Once we have received your item back to us, and it has arrived without damages, we will issue you a refund for the product back into the same payment method you purchased with. Return post is at your expense. Shipping is non refundable.
WHEN WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND
You will not receive a refund if the item arrives to us damaged, so please take great care in securing the item so it makes it safely back to us.
Refunds will not be given if you drop, break or damage your product, so please take great care in looking after your products.
Refunds will not be given for stolen items. Please ensure your preferred area of postal drop off is safe and secured to prevent theft as postal services nor Kawaii Garage are liable for stolen items.
Refunds or product replacements will not be given for misused or used products.

EXCHANGES
If you receive an item and decide you would like a different item in exchange for your current item. ( ie; you ordered a rainbow exhaust tip but you would like a chrome stainless exhaust tip instead, OR you would like a different size etc ) read below.
If the new item you would like to exchange your current item for differs in price and is of greater value , you must pay the difference. If the item you are exchanging for is of lesser value than the original ordered item we will refund you the difference. If the item you would like to exchange for is of the same value, you will not need to pay any extra apart from shipping costs. Please email us to organise this ( kawaiigarage@outlook.com )
The item you would like to exchange for must be in stock or you must agree to pre order wait times for your new item to be posted. Please check if the new item you'd like is in stock via our website or send us an email and we will check stock for you.
You must pay the shipping to return the item to us and you must pay for the new item to be shipped to you. Please email us to organise this. kawaiigarage@outlook.com
When we receive your package back to us, we will package your new exchanged items ready for shipping. We will then send you a link to a 'postage only' order so you can purchase shipping to have your new exchanged items sent to you. We only charge you the exact cost of return shipping to the dollar of what it costs us to re-ship your new items. We do not make a profit on this, so discount codes are not valid for any exchange transactions.
The item you are sending back to us for an exchange must be in it's original condition and unused. You will not receive a new exchanged item if the item arrives to us damaged, so please take great care in securing the item so it makes it safely back to us.
CANCELLED ORDERS
If you've ordered a pre ordered (made to order) item and you cancel your order before it is shipped, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for a full refund.
