WILL YOUR EXHAUST TIPS FIT MY VEHICLE?
Our exhaust tips come in a variety of sizes and can fit almost any vehicle! The sizes we list cover the most common exhaust diameters, but if you’re unsure about your exact size (see the next question for help), don’t worry - any of our tips can still fit with the help of an adapter pipe. An adapter pipe is a small stainless steel piece that any mechanic or exhaust shop can create or provide to ensure your exhaust tip fits perfectly. If you don’t see your exact size listed or have ordered a different size, simply ask your mechanic for an adapter pipe when having your tip installed. It’s quick and easy!
WHAT SIZE DO I NEED TO ORDER? AND HOW CAN I CHECK?
Our listed sizes refer to the diameter of your current exhaust tip. To find your exact size, you can either search online by entering your vehicles make and model - such as 'exhaust inlet size for 2010 Mazda 3' or, you can measure it yourself. If you’d like guidance on measuring, please check the below questions.
Once you’ve determined your exhaust tip size using any of the steps above, simply choose the matching size from our list. For example, if your exhaust measures 3", select a 3" exhaust tip; if it’s 2.5", choose a 2.5" tip - this applies to all sizes. Our exhaust tips are designed to slide over your existing exhaust, ready for installation.
If your exact exhaust inlet size isn’t listed, don’t worry! You can still order any size from our range, and your mechanic can fit it perfectly using an adapter pipe.
HOW DO I INSTALL IT WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Our exhaust tips are professional weld on exhaust tips, this means that your exhaust tip will need to be welded onto your exhaust. We recommend welding for the best results as it keeps your exhaust tip super secure (goodbye, theft worries!) and gives your ride that flawless, seamless finish. A tack weld can still be professionally removed by a mechanic if you ever need to replace or upgrade your tip in the future. Once you’ve purchased your exhaust tip, contact a local mechanic or exhaust shop to book an installation. For most professionals, this is a quick and straightforward process. If you’re unsure whether you’ve selected the exact size for your exhaust, inform the mechanic in advance so they know to either create or provide an adapter pipe to ensure a perfect fit.
Once your package arrives, simply attend your appointment, have the tip fitted, and enjoy driving away with your stylish new exhaust upgrade
WILL YOUR EXHAUST TIPS FIT ON A MOTORBIKE?
They can, yes! As stated in the information above in relation to fitting our exhaust tips to cars, they can work the same way for motorbikes! Have a read of our above question :) If you are unsure if the exhaust tip will fit directly onto your motorbike, take your bike to an exhaust shop and have a chat to them about fitting your new exhaust tip! Most exhaust shops can alter your exhaust tip to suit your bike!
I HAVE A DUAL EXHAUST, WILL YOUR TIPS STILL WORK ON MY CAR?
Yes! Just purchase two of our tips, and weld them side by side! They look amazing! You can find examples of customer cars on our instagram page! kawaiigarageco
I KNOW ANY SIZE WILL FIT, BUT I STILL WANT TO CHECK MY EXHAUST SIZE, HOW DO MEASURE MY EXHAUST?
If you order from us, the exact same size as your current exhaust ( for example, your exhaust is 2.5 inches and you order a 2.5 inch exhaust from us) our exhaust tips will slide seamlessly over the top of your current exhaust, without the need of an adapter pipe! The best way to measure your current exhaust is with a measuring tape! Take a measuring tape/ ruler and measure from edge to edge of your current exhaust tip (see image below) This will give you the measurement! If you have a 2.5 inch exhaust the 2.5 inch exhaust tip will fit, if you have a 3 inch exhaust, the 3 inch exhaust tip will fit! This is the same for all other measurements! In the below image it shows a 3 inch exhaust, which would require a 3 inch exhaust tip!
